Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on comprehensive assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough intakes and evaluations to understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals, setting the groundwork for effective therapeutic approaches.

• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a wide range of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will serve a varied client population, including individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and more complex issues such as trauma and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
