Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic practices, aiming for measurable client progress.
\n
• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic modalities including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD.
\n
• Collaborate closely with clients to set actionable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their development and welfare.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with local and federal regulations.
\n
• Engage in inter-disciplinary coordination, communicating effectively with other healthcare providers to enhance the continuum of care for clients.
\n
• Participate in weekly case review meetings to discuss treatment efficacy and share insights with colleagues, ensuring high standards of care.

• Take part in marketing initiatives by enhancing our online presence, particularly through platforms like Psychology Today, to attract new clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients representing various ages and backgrounds, many of whom face issues stemming from cultural challenges, trauma, and socio-economic factors. This role requires a keen understanding of how these elements influence mental health, and a commitment to delivering personalized care that recognizes each client's unique journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is required.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical or counseling setting, showcasing proficiency in behavioral health services.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, enabling effective treatment planning and client management.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, essential for building rapport and maintaining collaborative relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with underserved populations or specific demographics, particularly those of color, will be highly valued. Fellows with background knowledge in integrative therapeutic practices or specialties in anxiety reduction and trauma-informed care will be given preference.
