Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Manage a caseload effectively, accommodating the diverse needs of clients scheduled for appointments throughout the week.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s mental health and wellness are addressed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations while using electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse client population ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those dealing with trauma and substance abuse issues. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, applying your skills and training to meet the unique needs of each client and help them navigate their paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, along with active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• At least two years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal responsibilities related to counseling practices.
