Key Responsibilities\n

The LPC will perform a variety of essential duties aimed at ensuring the highest standards of client care, including:

• Managing a dynamic caseload, building rapport, and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Ideal Life Psychological Service, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population. This includes various age groups, from children to adults, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Your ability to build trust and establish a safe space for clients will be vital in facilitating effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

To ensure the highest quality service delivery, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license, with current and active standing.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems like PIMSY, and Outlook.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families within an outpatient context.

• Comfort with performing intake assessments and engaging in comprehensive client evaluations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following additional skills and experiences will be considered advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
