Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Span Health Network, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at facilitating healing and progress for our clients, including but not limited to:

• Group Therapy: Lead transformative group sessions where clients share experiences, build connections, and learn from each other in a supportive environment.

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, developing actionable coping strategies and personalized action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Use assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure effective outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and coordinate care with other multidisciplinary team members, sharing insights on complex cases to foster optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on young adults, ranging from 18 to 30 years old, in our partial hospitalization program (PHP). This demographic often faces a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and relational issues. By implementing evidence-based practices, you will work to empower clients on their journey toward healing and personal development.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to collaborative treatment planning.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
