In this remote role, you will engage with colleagues and clients in a supportive online environment, bridging the gap between mental health services and contemporary technology. As part of a dynamic, startup-inspired team, you will have the flexibility to thrive without the constraints of evening or weekend shifts, working Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and structured group therapy sessions, allowing clients to share experiences and strategies while fostering community support.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions that aim to explore and address clients' emotional and psychological challenges, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create detailed, goal-oriented treatment plans that respond to their specific needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to track client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments in a timely manner.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Engage in regular communication and coordination with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights to enhance client care and address complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, addressing various mental health concerns through our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). You will support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related issues, using evidence-based methods that promote recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in mental health treatment settings, particularly with young adult populations.

• Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic models grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
