Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, using structured interviews and evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessments and collaborative goal-setting sessions with clients.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, applying appropriate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams, participating in case conferences to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards to comply with health regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and clinical supervision for best practice implementation.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
