Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet clients' mental health needs.

• Offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Accurately maintain clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and precision in documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include clients from various backgrounds who are experiencing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possess an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
