Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients and develop tailored therapeutic strategies that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create integrated treatment plans, improving overall patient outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to remain informed of the latest developments in mental health care and enhance personal skill sets.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the counseling field, particularly within a clinical context.

• A strong understanding of psychological principles, legal standards, and ethical considerations in the provision of mental health care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a compassionate and trusting environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
