Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy programs tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide high-quality evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records that adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuing education opportunities, including workshops and professional development events, to remain informed about the latest advancements and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working predominantly with a varied clientele consisting of individuals who face an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma responses, marital challenges, and more. By providing empathetic and effective therapy, you will play a vital role in helping these clients improve their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted state licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, is essential.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques with an emphasis on areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, based on experience and caseload availability. Additionally, candidates can anticipate multiple client referrals to enhance their practice. You will also receive billing and documentation support to alleviate the administrative burden, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.
