Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to define and tailor treatment plans that meet clients’ mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques, engaging effectively with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Adapt various therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to cater to the unique requirements of each client.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to integrate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of new research and advancements in mental health practices, attending workshops and training as needed.

Our counseling center offers services to a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relational issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be instrumental in providing support to individuals across multiple demographics and backgrounds, adopting culturally competent practices to ensure all clients feel understood and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
