Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to groups, couples, families, and individuals.

• Document all client interactions and progress accurately within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance client treatment plans and outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training to remain up-to-date with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients from diverse backgrounds who are navigating various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. You will play a critical role in breaking down barriers to care and ensuring that all clients feel supported and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, preferably within a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health counseling.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
