Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients to assess their mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate responsible and effective client interactions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with telehealth regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.

• Supervise therapeutic activities and interventions during telehealth sessions, providing real-time guidance and support to clients as they engage in therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to enhance client wellness and coordinate comprehensive care.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions that address a wide range of issues and work towards the clients' personal goals.

• Create treatment documentation, including progress notes and assessments, to track client development and inform future treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is mandatory, along with at least 5 years of practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
