Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, focusing on enhancing the mental health and well-being of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning disorders.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes to support clinical monitoring and continuity of care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances, adjusting them as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Stay updated on the latest best practices and evidence-based interventions within the behavioral health field, integrating new methodologies into your therapeutic approach.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care, ensuring that all aspects of treatment are addressed and optimized for success.

• Other tasks will be assigned as necessary to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the treatment center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, a demographic often facing unique mental health challenges that require specialized attention and understanding. By leveraging innovative therapeutic methods, you will assist clients in overcoming barriers to effective functioning, enhancing their coping skills, and promoting healthy emotional development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability in managing a high caseload while prioritizing client needs and delegating tasks to maintain comprehensive service quality.

• Strong rapport-building and trust-establishing skills with clients, ensuring a therapeutic alliance that fosters openness and progress in treatment.

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, along with robust interpersonal abilities to work effectively within a collaborative team structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
