Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, adapting to their specific needs and circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring holistic support for patients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
