Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing scientifically supported methods that foster emotional resilience.

• Implement a variety of clinical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure that clients receive holistic care and integrated treatment.

• Continuously evaluate clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our secure electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the counseling field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will require you to work with a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges, including stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each with their unique life experiences, and your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their emotional healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
