Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, including reviewing their history and understanding their therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic methods suited to each client's unique situation.

• Schedule and conduct regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide clients with necessary tools and coping strategies to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate the best care for clients requiring multidisciplinary support.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate and thorough record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Your role will involve understanding each client's specific circumstances, cultural background, and individual needs, and delivering therapy that respects their unique experiences and promotes effective healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state counseling license to practice (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Nurture Mind and Soul Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus. In addition to salary, the position includes access to a comprehensive benefits package, which covers health, dental, and retirement options.
