Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet clients' needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to treat individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in line with legal and ethical standards while utilizing EMR software for efficient record-keeping.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and utilizing current research to enhance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Valid and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use counseling, or trauma-informed therapy.

• Strong understanding and adherence to legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Competency in using EMR and related technologies for maintaining client records and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as family and couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance abuse counseling. Familiarity with integrated care models and experience leveraging telehealth platforms to deliver services would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. We also provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members. Additional benefits include:
