Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. While our primary facility is designed for outpatient therapy, this role emphasizes virtual sessions, catering to the evolving needs of clients in the Atlanta, Georgia area and beyond. Our practice hours extend from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, providing clients with optimal access to care without imposing on-call responsibilities on our counselors.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, ensuring each client receives customized therapy techniques to address their unique challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based treatment modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups, applying methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive care plans that promote holistic healing.

• Document all client interactions, maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A current and unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting, is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards related to clinical practice.
