As a remote mental health professional, you will have the flexibility to conduct sessions from your home while utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth platforms. Our clinic supports a work-life balance, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs while ensuring our clients have access to services from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. We prioritize a collaborative work atmosphere, maintaining regular communication amongst our interdisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes and provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, with additional performance-based bonuses available.
