Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while also engaging with clients through our outpatient office as needed. Our hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, accommodating various client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans that cater to clients’ specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy—to benefit clients during their sessions.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive oversight of client care, sharing insights and strategies for improved outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and ethically compliant clinical records, ensuring documentation meets legal standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of the latest advances in mental health strategies and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
