Work Environment\n

The remote work setting allows for meaningful interactions through virtual consultations, while also giving you the chance to meet clients in-person when necessary. Our operational hours extend from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, providing flexibility in scheduling appointments. Importantly, we do not impose on-call duties, ensuring that our counselors can maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to devise personalized therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds, with a spectrum of mental health needs ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. You will play an essential role in offering compassionate support and guidance, utilizing your skills to tailor interventions that address the unique challenges faced by each client. Special focus will be placed on creating an inclusive and supportive environment where all clients feel safe and valued.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions, focusing on individual and family therapy.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with EMR systems and related technologies is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
