Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health needs of clients, tailoring therapy techniques accordingly.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, applying evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, families, and couples. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, with a preference for clinical experience.

• In-depth knowledge of family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. We offer competitive benefits, including group health and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, and liability insurance. Additionally, you will be compensated for orientation, receive paid time off (PTO), and participate in monthly professional development opportunities. This position also features a flexible schedule, as our clinic operates seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
