Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to treat individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote skill-building and support among peers.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
