Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the needs and goals of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Excela Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload.
