Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, focusing on enhancing their mental wellness.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care strategies for clients, ensuring all facets of their mental health are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training programs to stay abreast of current mental health research and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
