Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging and supportive virtual group sessions that foster peer connection, emotional expression, and collective learning among clients.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver empathetic, one-on-one counseling focused on personalized approaches that help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges, while equipping them with actionable coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that suit their unique needs, preferences, and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. You will have the chance to work with individuals undergoing outpatient treatment in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), addressing varied issues that include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and emotional transition. Your ability to connect with this demographic is essential to fostering an environment of trust, growth, and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
