Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental and emotional needs of clients.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions using techniques grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Supervise and facilitate therapeutic activities, ensuring they align with treatment objectives.

• Create and maintain accurate intake records and progress notes to monitor client advancements and support ongoing treatment.

• Utilize our practice management software for billing and documentation to minimize administrative burdens and focus on client care.

• Engage actively in case management, collaborating with other professionals within the organization to provide comprehensive care.

• Serve as a liaison for clients involved in community programs, facilitating their participation in beneficial activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will work closely with adolescents and adults, employing a client-centered approach to ensure they feel safe and supported while navigating their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field paired with at least five years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

• Current licensure in the state of Arizona as a Professional Counselor.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities, alongside the ability to conceptualize effective treatment plans.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to form strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is highly desirable.

• Experience working with youth and diverse populations, showcasing cultural competency in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and skill set. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus, flexible work arrangements, and support in managing your caseload through assistance with billing and documentation.
