Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual sessions with clients, applying therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific needs.

• Assess clients’ mental health status through comprehensive intake interviews and structured assessments.

• Provide both group and individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, when necessary, to coordinate care for clients.

• Supervise therapeutic activities, and when appropriate, provide educational resources to clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Riverplace Psychotherapy Center, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to build rapport and foster trust will be essential in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a strong focus on individual and group therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, family members, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications. Riverplace Psychotherapy Center also offers additional benefits, including potential sign-on bonuses and support with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus on client care without the administrative burden. Your caseload will be determined based on your availability, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance.
