Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches to individuals, groups, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage with clients in a respectful and empathetic manner, ensuring a safe space for them to explore their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our growing team.
