Work Environment\n

Our practice operates primarily as an outpatient service, focusing on flexible treatment options that include telemedicine. Full-time counselors will typically work Monday to Friday for eight-hour shifts, while part-time counselors can create schedules that fit their needs from Monday to Saturday, guaranteeing no weekend work obligations. This structure enables our counselors to meet their personal commitments while still fulfilling their professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for clients, conducting thorough assessments to understand each individual's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and coordinating treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring high standards of documentation.
