Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of each client’s mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to your clients' specific issues and goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Walden Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
