Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the most appropriate therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, couples, and family counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support and integrated care for all clients.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. This includes documenting treatment sessions and progress notes in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay updated on innovative practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC, you will primarily serve clients from various backgrounds, many of whom have limited access to mental health resources. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will enable you to create safe spaces for clients to explore their mental health challenges and work towards healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
