Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group sessions and workshops that promote mental health awareness and provide tools for coping with mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all client records are up-to-date and safeguard client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
