Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches for clients, conducting sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care, fostering open communication and integrated treatment approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
