Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client after conducting thorough initial assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate effective counseling sessions.

• Conduct therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for open communication.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals facing various emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each at different stages of their mental health journeys, providing them with tailored support and therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with various clientele.

• Comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements and ethical standards in counseling, along with a commitment to upholding these principles in practice.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technological applications for counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
