Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through initial intake sessions and ongoing evaluations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, providing therapeutic support and interventions to help clients work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of your clientele.
\n
• Collaborate and coordinate care with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health records system to maintain clear communication and continuity of care.

• Advocate for clients' needs and refer them to additional resources as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, those struggling with substance abuse, mood disorders, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid LPC license in the state of Texas is essential for this position.

• Clinical experience providing therapy to a diverse client population.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication, critical thinking, and active listening abilities.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.

• Familiarity with telehealth services and technology to facilitate remote counseling sessions.
\n
• Previous experience working with specific populations such as adolescents, LGBTQ+ individuals, or trauma survivors is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to recruiting top talent.
