Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and establish individualized therapy plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide therapeutic services utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and support clients through individual, couples, and family counseling.

• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation according to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain up-to-date with the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
