Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with your clients.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and secure progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices.

• Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and fit for services.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions consistently on a weekly basis.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and reflect on practices.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure well-rounded care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Ideal Life, you will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population that includes adults, children, and families facing varying mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Possession of a current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• Familiarity with and comfort in utilizing various computer systems and tools, such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy, for documentation and case management.

• Strong experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Confidence in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
