Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Jewish Family Care Therapy, you will:

• Perform ongoing assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication among supervisors, family members, guardians, and other stakeholders to monitor and enhance client progress.

• Organize and provide timely updates on appointments, home visits, and additional therapeutic activities to promote ongoing support.

• Conduct in-home observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews to ensure treatment fidelity and program effectiveness.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Document monthly and quarterly progress reports detailing client advancements and areas for further development.
\n
• Lead training sessions for new and existing staff to ensure proficiency in program implementation and documentation standards.
\n
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to reinforce ongoing support and address individual client needs.

• Maintain thorough records for client interactions, ensuring all information is organized and accessible to relevant parties.

• Serve as a liaison with the broader mental health community to drive development goals and enhance program effectiveness.

• Assist in the development of training materials and procedures aimed at enhancing program delivery for clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in counseling with a solid understanding of treatment protocols.

• Expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse recovery is highly preferred.

• A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with a variety of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software to document client interactions and maintain compliance.

Preferred Experience\n

While the listed qualifications are essential, candidates with specialization in family and couples therapy, trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or similar fields will stand out in our selection process. Experience in remote counseling settings is also a plus.
