Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored therapy plans specific to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage individuals to connect and heal together, promoting an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical providers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous learning and training by attending workshops and conferences, thus enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge of recent mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
