Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial assessments on clients to establish a thorough understanding of their mental and emotional health, thus guiding the effective development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that all documentation is completed post-session.

• Participate in regular meetings with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to devise and coordinate holistic treatment strategies for clients.

• Stay abreast of new developments and research in the field of mental health by attending continuing education workshops, webinars, and networking events.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
