Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services via telehealth platforms, in-office sessions, or hybrid methods to accommodate client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic charting and documentation for all client interactions, ensuring professional standards are adhered to.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges and goals.

• Utilize Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) in your therapeutic approach, adapting techniques based on each client's individual needs.

• Seek to grow caseloads to include an additional 15-35 clients, creating depth in your practice and fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
