Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans tailored for their journey.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and client records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care for clients.

Your caseload will involve clients from diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, based on your caseload and experience.
