Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while providing vital outpatient therapy services. Our team works collaboratively through virtual platforms and regular meetings, ensuring a supportive and connected work environment. You will have the freedom to manage your schedule while maintaining a structured workweek, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Implement well-researched evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, explore treatment alternatives, and promote effective self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued effectiveness.

• Engage in integrated care by consulting with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to align treatment strategies.

• Stay informed on the latest research regarding mood disorders and effective treatment methodologies to enhance the therapeutic process.

• Handle client documentation with a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
