Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering social connections and shared experiences among clients.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, providing a safe and empathetic environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are specific to their unique circumstances, needs, and aspirations.

• Monitor and assess client progress systematically using relevant assessment tools and feedback mechanisms.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, communicating regularly to ensure integrated support for each client’s wellbeing.

• Work on complex cases in conjunction with other professionals to define and implement effective therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often grapples with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, requiring targeted therapeutic interventions and support systems. You will play a crucial role in their recovery journeys by engaging clients in impactful therapies that nurture their healing and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing mental health treatment, particularly with young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
