Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies for clients.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on tailored approaches that genuinely address their concerns.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.
