Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, you will:

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, delivering consistent support and building strong, trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect client goals and needs.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, complying with all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client concerns.

• Engage in individualized supervision sessions aimed at professional growth and improved counseling techniques.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
