Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and future appointments, ensuring appropriate discharges when necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and engage in individual therapy sessions to provide tailored support.

• Actively participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and address any emerging challenges.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth, engaging with adolescent clients who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in mental health or a closely related field is required.

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Texas.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

• Demonstrated experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations for a minimum of one year.

• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
