This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while also providing the option for in-person sessions at our Dallas office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, building and maintaining trusting relationships that promote a safe space for therapy.

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their mental health progress, address challenges, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Create, implement, and evaluate client-centered treatment plans that are tailored to individual goals and therapeutic needs.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring timely and detailed notes that reflect clients’ progress and therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health needs and develop initial treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and discuss therapeutic techniques, garnering insights and support from colleagues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community support services, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset by participating in professional training, workshops, and regulatory updates that improve clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving youth and adolescents, many of whom may be experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related issues. Counselors will create a nurturing environment where young clients can express themselves freely and receive tailored therapeutic techniques that empower them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
